International Recruitment
How International Recruitment Works
The placement of international nursing professionals involves several coordinated steps: selection, language preparation, professional recognition, employment contract, entry and integration.
GammaJobConnect coordinates the agreed process together with you and informs you transparently about requirements, costs, possible risks and realistic timeframes.
Clarify Staffing Needs
In a non-binding initial consultation we discuss:
- open positions and areas of deployment
- desired qualifications and professional experience
- required language skills
- working conditions and desired start date
- accommodation, onboarding and mentoring
Offer and Project Plan
If a collaboration makes sense, you receive an individual offer with:
- the agreed scope of services
- the responsibilities of all parties involved
- costs and payment dates
- a realistic timeline
Select Suitable Candidates
You receive specifically selected and pre-screened candidate profiles instead of a large number of unfiltered CVs. The profiles include:
- qualification and training institution
- professional experience and specialist focus
- current language level
- document and recognition status
- a realistic start window
- open points and possible risks
Conduct Video Assessment
If there is mutual interest, we organise a structured video interview between employer and specialist. Among other things, the following are discussed and assessed:
- motivation and professional goals
- previous professional experience
- handling of typical care situations
- linguistic communication skills
Sign Employment Contract
After the video assessment and with mutual interest, the employment contract is prepared. Among other things, the following are determined:
- planning the entry route
- setting a realistic start period
Coordinate Recognition and Entry
Depending on the agreed scope of services, we accompany or coordinate:
- compiling training and employment records
- required translations and certifications
- preparing the recognition application
- processing official follow-up requests
- possible compensatory or qualification measures
- the visa procedure and entry planning
Prepare for Employment
Before entry, employer and specialist agree on a suitable onboarding plan. This may include:
- dedicated contact persons
- an induction and deployment plan
- support with everyday questions
- regular accompanying conversations
- conflict prevention
- mentoring
- contacts to local networks
