Robert Schönberner is the founder and managing director of GammaJobConnect. With a deep understanding of international healthcare recruitment, he built the company with the goal of sustainably integrating qualified nursing professionals from abroad into the German labour market.
His approach combines personal support, structured processes, and a strong network of employers, educational institutions, and integration partners.

Strategic Advisor & Co-Founder
Claus Schneider brings over 30 years of experience as an international recruitment consultant, headhunter, and business coach. As the founder of IHH International Headhunter and co-founder of WMS WerteManufaktur Service UG — with its WerteCockpit product — he combines deep recruiting expertise, strategic consulting, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
With his background in personnel consulting, positioning, and business development, he supports GammaJobConnect in building sustainable structures, developing the right partnerships, and professionally transferring international recruiting processes into the German market.
